AI Makes Mistakes

On my daily work, I use AI more and more. Often, I keep a ChatGPT or Gemini browser window open while working, asking all kinds of questions.
Still, sometimes AI simply gives wrong answers. A few days ago, I was trying to reset a MacBook Air laptop, so I asked Gemini to provide a step-by-step guide. The guide was good and detailed. However, when I followed the instructions and tried a few times, I couldn’t enter DFU mode. Here is the guide I printed out.
Finally, I did a Google search and found a YouTube video. I simply followed the video and successfully reset the laptop.
This experience shows that even though AI is getting better and better, we should still be careful because it can produce wrong answers.
